Elements was founded from a simple idea — to bring the same level of service, care, and food quality that we had built inside IHF out to the wider public, not just our members.

Inside IHF, we had always believed that performance, nutrition, and hospitality should go hand in hand. Members weren’t just looking for somewhere to train — they wanted somewhere they could refuel properly, relax, and feel genuinely looked after. Elements was created to extend that experience beyond the club and make it available to everyone.

My journey in hospitality actually started back in 2016, when I opened my first organic smoothie bar. From that point on, I’ve been driven by the belief that great hospitality isn’t just about what you serve — it’s about how people feel. That early experience shaped everything that came after and laid the foundations for what Elements represents today.

My mission has always been to provide the very best service and hospitality we possibly can, together with the team around us. For us, that means attention to detail, consistency, genuine care, and creating an environment where every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive.

Elements today is built on that philosophy. Quality food made properly. Coffee done right. A team that genuinely cares. And a space designed so people can connect, refuel, and feel comfortable returning again and again.

At its heart, Elements isn’t just a Restaurant — it’s an extension of the same standards, service, and culture that started inside IHF and continues to guide everything we do.
